Christmas Parlor Tree Decor

Even though I am a lover of purple, I have traditional Christmas decorations in the parlor and the stairs near it.  I imagine some people who visit are not into my using so much purple for Christmas.  I want them to feel at home when here and besides, I believe deep down that my hubby and son really like the traditional look, too. 

Don't you just love the look of a lighted Christmas Tree?
