A Whimsical Pumpkin Figure

I'm feeling silly and sometimes this silliness takes over me.  I wanted to make a glam and glitzy pumpkin, but all I can come up with is something cute and whimsical.  At least I hope it is.   Meet my whimsical pumpkin figure.
Bright eyed and smiling!
I started with a large plain pumpkin I got last year at Hobby Lobby at the end of the season for 80% off.  I picked up three at that price.

I can't draw so I enlarge a face pattern I found online and tried to trace it on the pumpkin. There are too many ridges for the carbon to take so I had to cut out the eyes and trace around them using a sharpie paint pen.

I started filling in the black portion of the eyes . . .
While the paint was drying, I attached fiber-fill stuffed socks from the dollar store for legs to the bottom of the pumpkin. I also tied raffia to the ends of the socks.

I made arms out of stuffed scrap fabric and wire and poked them into the sides of the pumpkin sealing with hot glue.
Hi there!

Whoops!
Alrighty then!

I'm ready for fall!  How bout you?

Take a little time to enjoy!

  10. The most popular pos system for wine and liquor establishments is Atlanticsystem. The most effective point of sale for a liquor business.
liquor store inventory management systems allow you to measure every drop of alcohol flowing through your premises, every minute and every day. It is easy to set up and allows staff to pour, while also allowing you to manage your liquor costs.
All systems can be interfaced with the existing POS system in a way that is simple, fast, accurate, and invisible to customers. Real-time reports provide visibility into stock levels and stock movements.
