Mixing Glam and Rustic for a Sparkling Crystal Grapevine Heart Wreath

I really don't decorate for Valentine's Day, especially at my age.  The time seems so short - as soon as you put it up, it's time to take it down. But I do love creating items that celebrate the occasion. Sometimes ideas just hit you and you just can't resist. Like wanting to mix a bit of glam with rustic to provide a totally different Valentine's look. And I think I've created such a design with this sparkling crystal grapevine heart wreath! And the best part - it's unbelievably quick and easy to make!

Using a grapevine wreath for this project gives off a rustic, charming feel that also gives the impression of love, warmth and affection using the red crystal rocks! Mixing glam and rustic!

So let's get started!

Materials:
  • Heart shaped grapevine wreath
  • Red crystal rocks
  • Hot glue gun/glue sticks

To make this fabulous looking wreath, just take a heart shape grapevine wreath at least fifteen inches in diameter and .  .  .
lots of red crystal rocks!
Using a hot glue gun, begin gluing on the crystal rocks on the top of the grapevine wreath - somewhat like a crown! The crystals are quite easy to arrange and glue the shapes of the rocks onto the grapevine - like the pieces interlocking together!
And there you have it! A lovely rustic and glamorous look!
Just perfect for Valentines'

  4. My Valentine's decorations come in the form of tablescapes. Your glam and rustic wreath is a perfect nod to the holiday and it's just enough. Thank you for sharing with us this week at Celebrate Your Story and we hope you will join us again next week.

  6. I completely relate to the desire to create festive decorations, especially when they’re as charming as a sparkling crystal grapevine heart wreath. Although I don't typically decorate for Valentine's Day, the idea of blending rustic and glam elements is so appealing. I once tried making a wreath with natural materials for a holiday gathering, and it was surprisingly enjoyable! I love seeing how simple materials can come together to evoke warmth and affection. 7. I can relate to the sentiment of wanting to create something special for occasions like Valentine's Day without going overboard with decorations. I often find myself drawn to crafting projects that marry different styles, just like the glam and rustic mix you described. Last year, I made a wreath using dried flowers and twinkling lights, which added a lovely touch without being too overwhelming. It's amazing how simple materials can come together to evoke warmth and affection. If you're in the mood for a fun distraction, I highly recommend trying out Italian Brainrot Clicker for a bit of entertainment.
